Shipping policy

We support free shipping and all product will be shipped with free shipping method by default.

We can also offer fast shipping, you can choose the fast shipping method while fulfilling an order. The cost of fast shipping method depends on the product size and weight.

All products are shipped from UK warehouse.

Royal mail 48  (Delivery estimate 2-3 days)

Royal mail 24  ( Delivery estimate 1-2 days)

Royal mail 48/24 tracked  (Delivery estimate 2-3 days)

Royal mail Special delivery  (Delivery estimate 1-2 days)

Delivery time:

UK Standard: Average delivery time is 2 – 5 days.

UK Express: Average delivery time is 2 – 3 days.

Order processing time:

Each order will take around 2 – 3 business days to be shipped from warehouse.

If you process the payment on Friday, the processing time may take a bit longer due to the weekend.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

Please note that  customers are responsible for customs clearance and customs duties.

Most of the packages are shipped with small packages and marked as gifts.

The package value is low so there are no additional import costs imposed on customers.

But different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty.

We recommend keeping your customer noted about the customs duties by posting a page of the customs duties and taxes on your site.
